Slaves to the Process

While processes are put in place for a reason, keep in mind that no process is perfect, and there should be some flexibility when things come up.  In this case, it was as simple as pressing F1 to continue.  If we eliminated 1/2 of the red tape that is involved in most processes, we would be much more productive.  Some of it is necessary, in my opinion, for consistency and whatnot, but this is just too much.
