New Board – General Tech

Added a new board the the Tech category called “General Tech”.  I put it there to discuss technology in general (as the name implies), that may be 'too intense' for lounge talk.  It can also be used to post stuff in if your topics or questions contain bits and pieces about many of the technology topics found in the “Tech Info” section (I actually made it because I have a post that fits perfectly into it).
