A little performance tuning

I did some reading on the editor we're using for submitting content and found a way to squeeze some performance out of it.  If you've noticed, it takes a few seconds to load the editor after clicking on 'Submit Content'  What I found is an extension to the plugin that will allow all of the function loading to take place in one stream instead of multiple streams.  Check out the submit content section when you get a chance.  It should be a lot faster now.
