The latest on the CMS.
MightorCMS now has a home. Yesterday I purchased http://www.mightorcms.info (.info domains are only $2.99 at GoDaddy). Right now there's nothing on the main site. However, I have moved the demo site to http://demo.mightorcms.info. When you go there, you will notice there is content on the main page. Im happy to say that the content was generated by creating a static page from within MightorCMS. The login info for the admin panel is the same as before (user: admin, pass: demo). Im currently researching on how to implement a feature for the demo site that will refresh the database every couple of hours.
Its starting to come together. I think my next step is going to be generating menus from within the CMS. Essentially what I am thinking about is creating a menu and then having items within the menu. The entries for a menu could be linked to a category of content, a static content page, or to an external URL. Once that is done, I intend on updating the frontpage so that menus can be displayed.
After that, who knows what idea I'll come up with next. Probably some enhancements to configuring the frontpage, such as being able to format how content is displayed, and maybe some setting changes. Anyone with ideas is welcome to respond.
Hope you get to take a look. Im pretty excited about it now 🙂
