As you may be aware, daylight savings time will be changing starting

this spring.  “DST dates in the United States will start three weeks earlier (2:00 A.M. on the second

Sunday in March) and will end one week later (2:00 A.M. on the first Sunday in November). ”  As a result,

Microsoft has released an optional update available for download as of December 12, 2006.  I would highly

recommend that you download this patch, although it will probably be made available as a critical update prior to

implementation of the new time structure.
