For the pdf files you could just take screen shots of the files and then post them, you wouldn't need a plugin to view a jpeg or gif.

Ya, you could build the PC in the vegitable crisper section of a full fridge, cut a hole in the side

just big enough for the dvd rom drives and then stock the fridge. Thatd be great.

I like all of the things Microsoft has changed and

added to Vista, so I would really just like to

see a stable and secure Vista. I would also like to see an end to the registry, I'm getting really tired of

having to reinstall Windows when it gets old and the registry starts acting up.
For security I think the only

way to get ahead is to add some kind of A.I. to the security systems of computers. You cant really expect to get

ahead with security when all you do is just wait until something happens and then fix the damage and patch the hole,

you need a system that can retroactively repel new threats and repair problems. They might already have programs

like this and if they do they need to make them better and available to the masses. I'm sure there are other

things I would like to add, I'll have to think about it more.

Ha ya and that guy who played some VR and kept falling

Oh man, here is what this person has to say about the game

    of tag.

“First, a fundamental distinction occurs. Either one is in or one is out. If one is out, one

is situated in the blind spot of play's enclosure. This would be the “unmarked state” (Luhmann, 1995)

of play. This state is necessary for the preliminary transgression; since the unmarked is paradoxically marked by

its negativity in relation to the positively indicated (see also von Foerster 1993). However, the state is also

unintelligible when one moves into the region of play. If one needed constantly to take into account the abandoned

other of play (the unmarked state), there would, in effect, be less and less energy left for the interior of play.

Note also that even non-players or non-play elements have to be transformed into players or play elements in order

    to be fully operational.”

I can not believe I have to read this.  I can't believe someone

wrote this.  This is what books in hell read like.

Sort of hard, its getting close to the end of the quarter and the projects are piling up, less free

time.  This forum needs a weekly topic of intrest.

I thought it was pretty funny today I was working on a teleport device in Unreal and

found a large block of code with an actual comment before it.  It said something like “//FIX THIS, this

needs to be fixed badly, the program should not be in a tick function but would be more efficient in a timer

……” and it went on.  I noticed it was still in a tick function so I think it
